Copyright & Licensing

Copyright

At Bitpine we respect the rights of all creative people and artists worldwide and we expect our members/users/visitors to respect creative work and report any copyright infringement.

Copyright can be confusing for many people, Bitpine is built to allow content publisher to identify the terms by which their work should be used. if under any circumstances the license is not clear Bitpine offers a feature to message directly the content provider/publisher and inquire about their terms of use.

How do I get Copyright for my submission?

Under most national laws and international copyright treaties you receive a copyright automatically in any original work the minute you make it.
The registration may be required in addition to exercise some rights. Copyright protects the expression of ideas or the ways in which an idea is materially placed or expressed in the work.
