The rolleicord and the rolleiflex are legendary camera’s that were produced by 1920 by Paul Franke and Reinhold Heidecke from Brunswick Germany. The upper lens was used to focus, and the lower one to take the actual photo. It uses a mirror and a large viewfinder to frame the subject. For the first time you could precisely see the photo you were taking. This rolleicord IV was built in the period 1952-1954. For this image I used a cross filter to have the light sparkle. I found the filter at a thrift store and it costed only 50 cent. It’s fun to use and you can get very creative with it. If you ever find one, buy it. I know for sure I’ll never sell mine.
